The Hub YAC is one of the specialist services run by Carers in Bedfordshire which offers young adult carers aged 16 to 25 with free emotional and practical support, information, advice, advocacy and training.

Young Adult Carers together We believe there is a great benefit in young adult carers acting together as they have many experiences in common. Together through The Hub they can have fun, gain mutual support and think about ways to improve their lives.
Hub Nights Hub nights are a central point where members can come to have fun, be active or just relax in a safe and friendly environment and take some time out for themselves for a few hours. Hub nights are once a month in Kempston and Leighton Buzzard from 7:30pm to 9:15pm.
What you can expect
Fun, friendship and always someone to chat to Coffee bar & kitchen area TV’s and music Wii, PS3 & IT suite Pool, darts & air hockey Sports hall for various activities (dogde ball, indoor cricket, football, badminton, volleyball)
Beauty and relaxation therapy for our female members from a qualified therapist
Social events & activities We try to plan these to run inconjunction with The Hub night and have included go-karting, bowling, ice skating, tobogganing, spa days, watching England at Wembley, meals out, weekends away and they are always well attended and great fun! Staff & volunteers All our staff are trained and very dedicated. All staff and additional volunteers are CRB checked to enhanced level.
